When I was eleven years old, I started a hair bow business called Blingy Bows (lol). At all hours of the night with my fingers covered in dried hot glue, I’d design and craft my own epitome of style. Time passed and two years ago, I was coincidentally immersed back into the world of hair clips. At C.O. Bigelow Apothecary, being able to curate an eclectic collection of hair accessories for our customers has reignited the eleven-year-old entrepreneur in me, and there’s no stopping her. I’m eternally grateful that my younger self unapologetically expressed her creativity and style, and appreciating her passion has led me to exactly where I’m supposed to be. With Julie Love, I’ve pulled inspiration from my friends, the music I love, the customers who come through C.O. Bigelow, and so much more that calls to me everyday. And calls to that little girl who first started making bows because, even now, I’m up at all hours of the night just like she used to do. Julie Love is that same girl, just a little grown up now.- Julie
